Falling off the wagon!
Just like any addict us food junkies who are struggling to make the changes necessary to obtain health and Body wellness sometimes fall off the wagon. No matter what your favorite junk food is when you are trying to improve your eating habits it is important to cut back on the unnecessary junk. You should never tell yourself that you are going to give up your favorite food forever because that absolute never can cause you to self sabotage. A little of your favorite no-no is okay once in awhile. But what if you fall in to a vicious cycle of binge eating and then self loathing and self hatred. It is important to try to get back on track as soon as possible and let you flub-up go just try to learn from your flub ups and remember how sick and upset you are with yourself when you eat the junk you are trying to avoid.
The most important thing to remember is every pound you gain can be lost. But constant yo-yo weight can be just as bad for your health as being overweight. So stay positive and work hard and try to learn from every part of your life changing journey.
