Don’t over do it
Losing weight and getting in shape can be a very exciting thing. Looking good and feeling good give you a drive to work harder. But be careful losing weight and over exercising can put major stress on the body causing the body to break down or fight back. For women it is common for the body to undergo some much stress from weight loss and exercise that it skips or stops menstruation. Also as the body gets stressed it can cause you to get injuries or come to a stand still in your weight loss which is very frustrating. While it is important to work hard and eat right to achieve results it is equally important to make sure you listen to your body and rest when it is screaming out for you to take it easy. Listen to your body and find what works for you and you are sure to be successful.
